If capital repairs of the carburetor are required, it is economically more favorable to replace it with new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For cleaning of jets and the float-operated camera of the carburetor it is enough to uncover the carburetor.
2. Remove the carburetor and clear its external surface. Remove a vacuum hose from the vacuum chamber of the gate.
3. Unscrew three screws of fastening of a lock ring of the automatic air gate and remove gate knot.
4. Take the forelock and disconnect draft of the accelerating pump from the lever.
5. Unscrew the coupling of supply of fuel and take the mesh filter.
6. Remove a spring bracket and disconnect draft of the gate from a cam.
7. Unscrew three short and four long screws which fix a carburetor cover.
8. Uncover the carburetor. At the same time keep in mind that laying has to settle down behind a ledge of the float-operated camera, and the plunger of the accelerating pump is influenced by the compressed spring.
9. Remove a plunger and a spring of the accelerating pump and, being careful, remove laying of a cover. Remove a clamp of a valvate spring of the soaking-up pump.
10. Having pulled, at the same time turning, take a spring of the vacuum piston and a needle of the carburetor. Be careful not to bend an arm of partial loading or a needle of the carburetor.
11. In need of a passatizhama for draft take a plunger of partial loading.
12. Remove an adjusting element, a float and a needle from the float-operated camera. Remove fuel from the float-operated camera.
13. Note an arrangement and unscrew jets.
14. Unscrew four screws and remove knot of a butterfly valve.
15. Further dismantling of the carburetor is not recommended.
16. Clear and replace the worn-out and damaged carburetor details. If the axis of a butterfly valve is worn-out, then it is necessary to replace completely knot of a butterfly valve. Clear jets and channels of the carburetor compressed air. Do not use a wire for cleaning of jets as in this case calibration of jets will be broken.
17. Assembly is made in the sequence, the return dismantling taking into account the next moments.
18. At assembly of the accelerating pump check correctness of an arrangement of a ball.
19. Check correctness of an arrangement of a ball.
20. Check correctness of an arrangement of a spring of the needle valve on the float lever. Between a spring and the lever there has to be a gap of 0,2 mm. For installation of the correct gap turn in a spring or the lever.
21. Establish a float and the needle valve and fix by brackets.
22. Check height of installation of a float with the established laying for what moderately press a finger the lever of a float and turn a bracket for closing of a float. The top surface of a float has to settle down at the required distance below a ledge of the top part of the carburetor.
23. For adjustment of the top provision of a float turn in the float lever in the points shown by shooters in the drawing.
24. At installation of a cover of the carburetor check that the plunger of the accelerating pump is not jammed.
25. Check correctness of an arrangement of the screen of a sapun.
26. Check that the bimetallic spring of the automatic air gate was correctly combined with the lever of the drive of the air gate.
27. Check work of a butterfly valve. Keep in mind that the butterfly valve of the secondary camera does not open until primary butterfly valve is not open on 2/3 courses.
28. Also butterfly valve of the secondary camera will not open to those, completely air gate is not closed yet.
29. Execute checks and adjustments which need to be made on the removed carburetor.
30. Install the carburetor on the engine and adjust turns of idling and quality of fuel mix. Execute other adjustments of the carburetor.
