The engine with four cylinders installed cross in a forward part of the car. Coupling and the transmission are located on the left side of the engine.
The bent shaft leans on three radical bearings. Persistent half rings of a bent shaft are established on the central radical bearing.
In the lower heads of a rod connecting rods are established. Pistons fasten to rods piston fingers which are not movably fixed in an opening of the top head of a rod. Pistons from aluminum alloy also have three piston rings – two sealing and one oil scraper.
The camshaft put in action by a chain from a bent shaft operates yokes through cams and short pushers. All inlet and final valves are closed by one spring and work in the guides pressed in a head of the block of cylinders. Valves are put in action directly by yokes.
Lubricant of the engine is produced under pressure created by the oil pump. Oil is sucked in via the mesh filter located in an oil receiver and then comes via the filter to canals of the block of cylinders, from there oil arrives to a bent shaft and the camshaft. Bearings of the lower head of a rod are supplied with oil through internal drillings in a bent shaft. To camshaft bearings oil also moves under pressure. Cams of the camshaft and valve are oiled sprayed as well as all other mobile details of the engine.
