| 1. The interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders have to be absolutely pure. For their cleaning use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. When cleaning be careful as it is very easy to damage aluminum alloy. |
| 2. Check that the deposit did not get to oil and water canals. It is especially important for the lubrication system as the deposit can block supply of oil to engine components. If necessary clear channels. |
| 3. Check the interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders for existence of notches, deep scratches and other damages. If defects small, they can be removed with machining. But at major defects of a detail are subject to replacement. |
4. Clear openings under bolts in a head of the block of cylinders. Screwing up of a bolt in the opening filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure.
Prevention
At installation of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to use new bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders and new laying of a head of the block of cylinders.

| 5. Screw in two directing racks in the block of cylinders. Guides of a rack can be made independently of two old bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. Cut off from bolts of a head and instead of them cut through grooves for the screw-driver. After installation of a head of the block of cylinders, using the screw-driver, unscrew the directing cores. |

6. Install new laying without sealant on the block of cylinders. |
| 7. Establish a head of the block of cylinders and manually screw in bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. Unscrew the directing cores and instead of them screw in the remained two bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. |

8. Tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in several stages in the sequence shown in the drawing. |
| 9. Establish pushers so that they settled down on camshaft cams. |
| 10. Turn yokes so that they settled down on pushers, and adjust valvate gaps. |
|
11. Establish with new laying an inlet collector with the carburetor on a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 12. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with new laying and fix it by four bolts. |
| 13. Connect hoses of a heater and hoses of a radiator to the water pump and a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 14. Connect a hose of supply of fuel to the carburetor, a vacuum tube to the distributor of ignition and hoses of ventilation of a case to a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 15. Connect and adjust a cable of an accelerator and a cable of control of the air gate. |
| 16. Connect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes to a final collector. |
| 17. Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and connect high-voltage wires to the coil of ignition and spark plugs. |
| 18. Establish an auxiliary driving belt on pulleys and adjust its tension. |
| 19. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and fix by bolts before compression of springs. |
| 20. Fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system, install the air filter and connect a weight wire to the accumulator. |
