| 1. You make removal of a head of the block of cylinders on the cold engine. |
| 2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
| 3. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system and remove the air filter. |
| 4. From a reverse side of the engine unscrew two bolts fixing a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector. Remove springs and bolts and separate a reception exhaust pipe from a collector. |
| 5. Weaken a collar and disconnect a hose of the top tank of a radiator from a thermostat casing on the water pump. |
| 6. Weaken nuts and bolts of fastening of the generator, move the generator to the engine and take off a driving belt from pulleys. |
| 7. Weaken collars and disconnect a hose of a heater and the lower hose of a radiator from the water pump. |
| 8. Weaken a collar and disconnect the second hose of a heater from a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 9. Unscrew a connecting nut and disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from a final collector. |
| 10. Mark and disconnect high-voltage wires from spark plugs. Disconnect a high-voltage wire from the ignition coil, then unscrew screws and uncover the ignition distributor together with high-voltage wires. |
| 11. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator and a cable of control of the air gate from the carburetor. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the vacuum proofreader of an advancing of ignition. |
| 12. Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel from the carburetor and close the end of a hose a stopper. |
| 13. Disconnect hoses of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 14. Unscrew three bolts fixing an inlet collector to a head of the block of cylinders. Keep in mind that two extreme bolts also support arms of support of high-voltage wires. |
| 15. Remove an inlet collector together with the carburetor from a head of the block of cylinders and remove laying. |
| 16. Unscrew four bolts and uncover a head of the block of cylinders. |

17. Weaken nuts of fastening of yokes, turn yokes aside and take bars of pushers. Arrange pushers so that at installation they rose on the places. |
| 18. Take bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, turning bolts on a half of a turn for each pass to the sequences, return shown in fig. in the item 8 of subsection 4.1.6.2. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts. |
| 19. Remove a head of the block of cylinders. If the head fits badly, bring down it a kiyanka, but do not insert a screw-driver edge at all between a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders as at the same time it is possible to damage the interfaced surfaces. |
| 20. Remove laying of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 21. Clear heads of the block of cylinders and check its state. |
