13.24.11. Replacement of bulbs

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. When replacing bulbs perform the following operations.

2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

3. Before replacement of a bulb check the corresponding electric chain and a safety lock.

4. Do not concern a glass flask of a lamp barehanded. The fingerprint evaporates and besieged on a reflector therefore lighting worsens.

5. Remember that if the bulb just burned, it can be very hot.

6. Check a condition of contacts in a bulb and the boss of a bulb. Before installation of a new bulb clear traces of corrosion and dirt from contacts.

7. Surely replace the failed lamps with lamps of the same type.

8. At installation of a lamp of bayonet type check that contacts of the boss are reliably connected to contacts of a lamp.

HEADLIGHTS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Open a cowl and disconnect the electric socket from a back part of the block of a headlight.
	2. For access to the spring bracket fixing a lamp remove a rubber cover.
3. Squeeze spring brackets of fastening of a lamp and move brackets aside.
	4. Take a lamp from a headlight.
Prevention Do not concern a glass flask of a lamp barehanded. Wipe the spots arising on imprudence from touches with a pure lint-free rag or alcohol.
5. Establish a new bulb in the sequence, the return to removal.

FORWARD DIMENSIONAL LAMP

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Open a cowl and disconnect the electric socket from the holder of a lamp.
	2. Remove the holder of a lamp for what press him and in this situation turn it counterclockwise.
3. Remove a lamp from the holder and replace it with new.

FORWARD INDEX OF TURNS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Open a cowl and remove the holder of a lamp for what squeeze the holder's support together and turn them counterclockwise.
2. Replace a bulb and establish the holder of a bulb into place.

FORWARD FOG LIGHT

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Working under a front bumper, remove a back cover from a fog light, turning it counterclockwise.

2. Release and remove the glow lamp, then disconnect the electric socket in the first connection, but not on a lamp directly.

3. Do not touch by hands of a glass cylinder of a lamp.

4. Establish a new lamp and a cover into place.

BACK LAMPS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the panel of finishing or facing in the luggage compartment for access to a back lamp.
	2. Disconnect the electric socket from the holder of bulbs (And – the electric socket of a back lamp, In – a clamp of the holder of bulbs)
	3. Press a clamp and remove the holder of bulbs from a back lamp.
	4. Unscrew three screws (are specified by shooters), or two screws on the Station wagon models.
	5. Remove a back lamp.
6. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

BACK FOG LAMP

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Unscrew two screws and remove the lens from a back fog lamp.
2. Replace a bulb.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

LAMP OF ILLUMINATION OF REGISTRATION PLATE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a lamp of illumination of registration plate from a rear bumper.
2. Disconnect the electric socket from a lamp.
	3. For access to a bulb release two clamps and remove the lens from a lamp.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

LIGHTING LAMPS OF SALON

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Unscrew the screw of fastening of grounding of the lighting lamp of a motor compartment.
	2. Remove the lighting lamp of the luggage compartment.
	3. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever and being careful, remove the lens from the lighting lamp of salon.
4. Take a bulb from spring contacts or the boss and establish a new bulb.

LIGHTING LAMPS OF THE COMBINATION OF DEVICES AND CONTROL LAMPS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a combination of devices.
	2. For removal of the lassie of an incandescence turn a cartridge of a bulb and take it from a combination of devices.
3. Take a bulb from the boss, having pulled it on themselves.
4. Establish a new bulb in the sequence, the return to removal.

LAMPS OF ILLUMINATION OF SWITCHES

In the switch of fog lights the bulb of illumination is built in the switch and cannot separately be replaced.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For replacement of a bulb of illumination of the switch remove the switch.
	2. Remove a switch illumination bulb.
3. Establish a new bulb in the sequence, the return to removal.
