4.2.7. Head of the block of cylinders

Prevention

Operations on removal and installation of a head of the block of cylinders are given for models with the carburetor. Operations with system of injection of fuel are made for models similarly, but at the same time for removal of details of elements of system of injection of fuel and a detachment of electric sockets address subsection 6.2.11, subsection 6.2.12.1 and subsection 6.2.12.2.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The head of the block of cylinders needs to be removed on the cold engine.
2. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
3. Remove the air filter.
4. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
5. Disconnect hoses of a radiator and a heater from a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet collector.
6. Disconnect and close suitable traffic jams fuel-supply lines from the fuel pump, then unscrew a bolt of fastening of the fuel pump. Also disconnect the pipeline of return of fuel from the T-shaped part or the carburetor.
7. Unscrew and uncover a head of the block of cylinders, at the same time note an arrangement of arms which support high-voltage wires and fuel-supply lines. In the presence disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case. Remove laying.
8. Disconnect a cable of an accelerator and a cable of control of the air gate from the carburetor, and in the presence – and electric sockets.
9. Release an arm of a pipe of cooling liquid on an inlet collector.
10. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from an inlet collector.
11. Weaken a hinged bolt of fastening of the generator, unscrew the bolt regulating a tension of an auxiliary driving belt, move the generator to the engine and take off an auxiliary driving belt.
12. Turn a bent shaft of the engine in such situation that the adjusting tag on a pulley of the camshaft was combined with the index, weaken a tension of a gear belt and remove it from a camshaft pulley.
13. Mark and disconnect high-voltage wires. Uncover the distributor of ignition and the ignition distributor.
14. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of temperature located on a casing of the thermostat and an inlet collector.
15. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector.
16. In the sequence, return shown on rice. The sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, weaken bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders on a half of a turn for each pass. Unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. At installation it is necessary to use new bolts.
17. Remove the camshaft case together with the camshaft. At the same time disconnect hoses of ventilation of a case.
18. For collectors remove a head of the block of cylinders.
19. Remove yokes and blocks of axial pressure from a head of the block of cylinders. Take hydraulic pushers of valves and lower them in a container with pure engine oil. Have all removed details so that at installation they rose on the places.
