Before removal of any of elements it is necessary to remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
SWITCH OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch. |
2. Unscrew two screws and remove the switch from an axis of a butterfly valve. |
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

4. Adjust position of the switch as follows. Weaken screws of fastening of the switch and turn the switch counterclockwise before emergence of notable resistance. In this situation tighten the screw (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the switch. |
5. Ask the assistant to press an accelerator pedal for opening of a butterfly valve. At the initial moment of opening of a butterfly valve from the switch the click has to be heard and the second click has to be heard at full opening of a butterfly valve. |

FUEL NOZZLES
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Models till 1990 |
1. Work needs to be performed on the cold engine at the switched-off all consumers of the electric power. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
|
2. Weaken collars of fastening of hoses (are specified by an arrow) and remove the fuel highway from fuel nozzles. |
3. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles. |
|
4. Unscrew two bolts of fastening on each nozzle and take fuel nozzles from holders, without having damaged at the same time needle valves of nozzles. |
5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, but at the same time it is necessary to use new sealing rings of fuel nozzles. |
Models since 1990 |
6. Removal and installation of fuel nozzles is made in the same way, as well as on models till 1990. Difference is that the fuel highway is fixed by bolts, and nozzles fasten to the fuel highway brackets. |

AIR STREAM MEASURING INSTRUMENT
The measuring instrument of a stream of air is located between the air filter and the case of a throttle.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the air stream measuring instrument. Weaken collars (are specified by an arrow) and remove a rubber air duct. |
2. Weaken collars and remove the air stream measuring instrument with the top part of the case of the air filter. |
|
3. Unscrew the bolts (are specified by shooters) fixing the air stream measuring instrument to the case of the air filter. |
4. Check smoothness and freedom of movement of the gate of the measuring instrument of a stream of air. If necessary clear of dirt space about the gate. |
5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

CONTROL UNIT
The control unit is located sideways niches for legs of the forward passenger.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Models till 1990 |
1. Remove finishing of a niche for legs of the forward passenger. |
2. Check that ignition is switched off, then release a clamp and disconnect the multicontact electric socket. |
3. Unscrew three screws and remove the control unit. |
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal, but check that at connection of the electric socket ignition has to be switched off. |
Models since 1990 |
5. Remove the air stream measuring instrument. |
6. Unscrew four screws fixing a cover to the top part of the measuring instrument of a stream of air. Screws can be closed by caps. Uncover, an insert and take the control unit. |
7. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |

SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF COOLING LIQUID
The sensor of temperature of cooling liquid for system of injection of fuel is located about the generator.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Merge about three liters of cooling liquid from the cooling system. |
2. Disconnect the electric socket and unscrew the sensor. |
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Before a vvinchivaniye of the sensor apply a thin film of sealant on a sensor carving. Add cooling liquid in the cooling system. |

ADDITIONAL AIR VALVE
The additional air valve fastens bolts sideways of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect the electric socket from the valve. |
2. Weaken collars and disconnect air hoses from the valve. |
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove the valve. |
4. For valve check you look through a valve branch pipe opening. On the cold valve the opening has to be open for air supply. On the heated-up valve after connection of contacts of the valve to the accumulator the disk of the valve has to turn and close an opening. |
5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. For fastening of a hose it is necessary to use new collars. With leakage on the inlet party of the valve idling turns will increase. |

RELAY OF MANAGEMENT
The relay of management is located on the top part of a rack of a forward suspension bracket. At shutdown of the relay operation of the fuel pump stops that is necessary when checking a compression in engine cylinders.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Unscrew a bolt and remove the relay with an arm from the top part of a forward rack. |
|
2. Take the relay from the electric socket. |
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
|
The regulator of pressure of fuel is located between fuel nozzles of the third and fourth cylinders. |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator. |
2. Using clips, press hoses of supply of fuel to the fuel pressure regulator. |
3. Disconnect fuel and vacuum hoses and remove the fuel pressure regulator. |
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
