| 1. The interfaced surfaces of a head and the block of cylinders have to be absolutely pure. For their cleaning use a firm plastic or wooden scraper. When cleaning be careful as it is very easy to damage aluminum alloy. Check that the deposit did not get to oil and water canals. It is especially important for the lubrication system as the deposit can block supply of oil to engine components. If necessary clear channels. |
| 2. Clear openings under bolts in the block. Screwing up of a bolt in the opening filled with oil can break off the block because of hydraulic pressure. |

3. Establish new laying of a head of the block of cylinders so that the inscription OBEN or TORAHS were from above. At installation of laying do not use sealant. |
| 4. Establish hydraulic pushers of valves, blocks of axial pressure and a yoke on a head of the block of cylinders on the places. If new hydraulic pushers of valves or after dismantling of pushers are established, before installation them in a head of the block of cylinders lower each pusher in a container with pure engine oil and a hand several times squeeze them for filling with their oil. |
| 5. Install a head of the block of cylinders on the engine so that it was established on the directing pins. |
| 6. Apply a thin film of sealant on the surface of a head of the block of cylinders interfaced to the camshaft case, and install the camshaft case into place. Check that the tag on a pulley of the camshaft is combined with the index. |
| 7. Fix a head of the block of cylinders by new bolts, having tightened them in the sequence shown on rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 8. Install the ignition distributor. |
| 9. Connect a reception exhaust pipe to a final collector and fix it by bolts. Before a vvinchivaniye of bolts apply antiprigarny means on a carving of bolts. |

10. Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with new laying. In the diagonal sequence tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
11. Check that under bolts the arm of support of high-voltage wires and fuel-supply lines correctly were established. |
| 12. Connect high-voltage wires and establish an ignition distributor cover. |
| 13. Install the fuel pump with new laying. Connect the giving and returnable fuel tubes to the fuel pump. |
| 14. Establish and adjust a tension of a gear belt, then establish a casing of a gear belt. |
| 15. Establish and adjust a tension of an auxiliary driving belt of the generator. |
| 16. Connect hoses of supply of cooling liquid and fill in cooling liquid in the cooling system. Fix an arm of support of a pipe of the cooling system on a final collector. |
| 17. Connect a cable of an accelerator and a cable of control of the air gate to the carburetor. On models with the automatic air gate connect the electric socket. |
| 18. Connect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes to an inlet collector. Connect the electric socket to the sensor of temperature and a hose of ventilation of a case. |
| 19. Install the air filter. |
| 20. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator and start the engine. After start of the engine, perhaps, the noise published by hydraulic pushers which will be gone after filling of hydraulic pushers with oil will be heard. |
| 21. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, then check an ignition advancing corner. |
| 22. Switch off the engine, immediately remove the air filter and tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, having tightened them on a certain corner on a spiral from within outside. |
