REGULATOR OF TURNS OF IDLING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Note an arrangement of air hoses, then disconnect the electric socket (the drawing at the left) and air hoses (collars of fastening of hoses are specified by shooters in the drawing on the right) from the regulator of turns of idling. On the engine with 16 valves the regulator is located under an inlet collector and access to it is most convenient from below.
2. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

CONTROL UNIT

The control unit is located behind the side panel of finishing in deepening for the driver's legs.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew screws of fastening of finishing of a threshold and remove finishing.
2. Remove consolidation of a door and turn off an upholstery.
3. Remove the plastic fixing brackets and remove the finishing panel in deepening for the driver's legs.
4. Unscrew the screws fixing the control unit, then disconnect the electric socket and remove the control unit.
5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

FUEL NOZZLES OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF M1.5 MOTRONIC ML4.1 I FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the regulator of turns of idling.
2. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.
3. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the fuel highway to an inlet collector.
4. Remove brackets, the fixing fuel nozzles to the fuel highway.
5. Disconnect a vacuum hose of the vacuum amplifier of brakes from the throttle case.
6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of a hose of supply of fuel.
7. Being careful, remove the fuel highway from an inlet collector and take fuel nozzles.
8. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At installation of fuel nozzles use new sealing rings.

FUEL NOZZLES OF SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF MOTRONIC N2.5 FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the camera of preliminary accumulation of fuel.
2. Clear places of connection of fuel hoses to the fuel highway, then remove fuel hoses.
3. For improvement of access disconnect hoses of ventilation of a case from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
5. Disconnect electric sockets from the measuring instrument of a stream of air and the switch of provision of a butterfly valve.
6. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of a cable of an accelerator and move it aside.
7. Unscrew nuts, the fixing grounding tires from two sides of the fuel highway.
8. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles. Sockets fasten spring brackets which need to be removed flat-nose pliers.
9. After a detachment of sockets release a plait of wires and move it on a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.
10. Unscrew two bolts fixing the fuel highway to an inlet collector.
11. Being careful, remove the fuel highway with fuel nozzles from an inlet collector.
12. Take brackets of a bracket of fastening of a fuel nozzle to a fuel magistraliya.
13. Having pulled, take fuel nozzles from the fuel highway.
14. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At installation of fuel nozzles it is necessary to use new sealing rings.

POTENTIOMETER OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE OF MOTRONIC M1.5

The potentiometer of provision of a butterfly valve acts and established in the same way as the switch of provision of a butterfly valve on earlier models.

REGULATOR OF PRESSURE OF I 2.5 MOTRONIC M1.5 FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On models with system of injection Motronic M2.5 remove the camera of preliminary accumulation.
2. Disconnect fuel hoses from the fuel pressure regulator.
3. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the fuel pressure regulator.
4. Unscrew four screws fixing the fuel pressure regulator to the fuel highway and remove it.
5. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

AIR MOTRONIC 2.5 CAMERA

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew four screws fixing an air chamber to the throttle case. On some models there is a fifth screw located on the left side.
2. Weaken a collar, the fixing air stream measuring instrument hose to an air chamber.
3. Slightly raise an air chamber and disconnect a hose of the regulator of turns of idling on the left side of the camera. Remove an air chamber.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
5. Check that the sealing ring located between the case of a throttle and an air chamber did not move. If necessary fix a ring by several drops of sealant.

SWITCH OF PROVISION OF THE BUTTERFLY VALVE MOTRONIC 2.5

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove an air chamber and the measuring instrument of a stream of air.
2. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket from the switch, unscrew two screws and remove the switch.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Before tightening of screws of fastening of the switch adjust position of the switch.

MEASURING INSTRUMENT OF MASS OF MOTRONIC 2.5 AIR

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket from the measuring instrument of mass of air.
2. Weaken collars and remove air hoses from two parties of the measuring instrument of mass of air.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

SENSOR OF TEMPERATURE OF MOTRONIC 2.5 COOLING LIQUID

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge from the cooling system cooling liquid so that the level of cooling liquid was lower than the level of a casing of the thermostat.
2. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket from the sensor on a thermostat casing. The sensor of system of injection of Motronic fuel bigger of two sensors. Unscrew the sensor from a thermostat casing.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments: at installation of the sensor use a new sealing ring, and on a carving of the sensor apply a thin film of sealant.
4. Add cooling liquid in the cooling system.

MOTRONIC 2.5 DETONATION SENSOR

The sensor of a detonation is located on a back part of the block of cylinders of the engine. If the inlet collector is established on the engine, then access to the sensor is most convenient from the lower part of a motor compartment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the electric socket (it is specified by an arrow) red or orange color from the detonation sensor. Unscrew the screw and remove the sensor.
2. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Check that the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and the sensor pure and dry and the sensor is reliably fixed. Unreliably fixed sensor will not perceive a detonation in cylinders of the engine and, respectively, will not correct an ignition advancing corner.

THE OXYGEN SENSOR ON MODELS WITH THE CATALYST

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Warm up the engine up to the normal working temperature, then switch off it and remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Disconnect the electric socket of the sensor of oxygen which is located about the top fastening of the right rack of a forward suspension bracket. Release the electric wires going to the oxygen sensor.
3. Working under the car, unscrew the oxygen sensor from a final collector.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Before a vvinchivaniye of the sensor of oxygen apply antiprigarny structure on its carving. The carving of new sensors of oxygen is covered by antiprigarny structure.

THE COAL FILTER ON MODELS WITH 16 VALVES WITH THE CATALYST

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and remove the left wheel.
2. Weaken a nut (it is specified by an arrow) fastenings of the coal filter.
3. Take the coal filter from a clip, disconnect from it hoses and remove it.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

THE VENTILATION VALVE ON MODELS WITH 16 VALVES WITH CATALYSTS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the multicontact electric socket and hoses from the ventilation valve.
2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of the valve and remove the valve together with an arm.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
