13.10.8. Removal and installation of glass of a door

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a door upholstery.
2. Remove consolidation of glass from the top part of a frame of a door.
3. At removal of glass of a back door unscrew a bolt and remove a back guide of glass, then extract motionless glass together with consolidation.
4. If in a forward door the window regulator like scissors is established, remove a back guide of glass.
5. If the window regulator with the hummock drive is established, unscrew bolts from the holder of glass.
6. Incline a forward part of glass down and extract glass from a door up.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
2. Adjust a corner of the back door directing to glasses the adjusting screw and lock-nuts before smooth movement of glass. Keep in mind that two lock-nuts from two parties of the panel of a door are screwed on the adjusting screw.
