13.10.6. Removal and installation of the cylinder of the lock of a forward door

Door lock cylinder details
1 – key,
2 – lock cylinder,
3 – lock ring,
4 – casing,
 5 – sealing ring,
6 – spring,
7 – lever,
8 – tip

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a door upholstery.
2. Move with the screw-driver a bracket of fastening of the cylinder of the lock up and take the lock cylinder from outer side of a door.
3. Insert a key into the cylinder of the lock and, using a screw-driver edge, wring out a lever tip.
4. Take the lock cylinder from a casing and remove a lock ring.
5. Collect the door lock cylinder in the sequence, the return dismantling, but at the same time correctly arrange spring support in relation to the lever.
6. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
7. Check operation of the lock of a door and establish a door upholstery.
