4. On models with engines 1,3, 1,4 and 1,6 (16 SV and C16 NZ) unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft without provorachivaniye of a bent shaft. For prevention of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft on models with the mechanical transmission include any transfer and tighten the emergency brake. It is also possible to remove a protective plate in the basis of a flywheel and the big screw-driver or mount to record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye. Remove a pulley from a bent shaft.

8. For this purpose move clockwise the tension mechanism indicator lever before combination of an opening in the support plate and the lever and fix the tension mechanism in this situation a suitable core (1 – the lever of the mechanism of a tension of a gear belt, 2 – a basic plate, 3 – an opening for blocking).

9. On all models weaken three bolts which fix the water pump. Access to bolts is possible through an opening in a basic plate of a gear belt.

10. Turn the water pump and weaken a tension of a gear belt. For turn of the water pump use the vents located behind a pulley of the water pump. Using a marker or paint, note the direction of rotation of a gear belt and remove it from pulleys.
