12.7. Nave of a back wheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a brake disk / the brake drum.
Models till 1992
2. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a dustproof cap from a nave.
3. Take the forelock fixing a nave nut from unscrewing, then unscrew a nut of fastening of a nave.
4. Remove a persistent washer and a nave from a nave pin.
Models since 1992
5. Disconnect the electric socket of the ABS sensor, then unscrew four nuts and remove nave knot together with a brake board.
6. As soon as there is an access, disconnect a cable of the emergency brake from the lever of a block of the emergency brake.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models till 1992
1. Establish a nave and an internal ring of the external bearing on a nave pin. At the same time do not damage the sealing ring established from the inside of a nave.
2. Establish a persistent washer and screw a nut of fastening of a nave, then adjust a side play of the bearing of a back wheel.
3. Using the new forelock, record a nut of fastening of a nave from unscrewing, then establish a dustproof cap of a nave.
4. Establish a brake disk / the brake drum.
Models since 1992
5. Check that the interfaced surfaces of knot of a nave and the fastener of a nave pure and dry, then install nave knot on the fastener of a nave and fix it by nuts, having tightened them the required moment.
6. Connect the electric socket of the ABS sensor and establish a brake disk / the brake drum.
