BENT SHAFT AND RADICAL BEARINGS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear oil channels in a case of the engine and in cranked to a shaft. |
| 2. Clear nests of inserts in the block of cylinders and inserts. |
|
3. Establish the top inserts, having combined openings for lubricant. |
|
4. Oil inserts and establish a bent shaft. |
| 5. Clear nests of inserts in covers of radical bearings. |
| 6. Grease inserts in covers and establish all covers, except back. Check that covers were established in the necessary order. |
|
7. Grease with sealant (GM 1504200) the interfaced surfaces of a back cover. |
|
8. Put a layer of sealant (GM 1503294) in the flutes located at the edges of a back cover. |
|
9. Establish a back cover and squeeze out additional amount of sealant in flutes. |
|
10. Insert bolts and tighten them the required moment. Check that the forward cover did not act forward, connection of a forward cover and the block of cylinders (it is specified by shooters) has to be at one level. |
|
11. Check that the bent shaft rotated freely. Measure an axial side play of a bent shaft. |
|
PISTON RINGS
Establish piston rings, using several measuring probes. After you established rings, arrange their locks so that they were displaced on 180 ° rather each other.
PISTONS AND RODS

| 1. Collect pistons and rods. |
| 2. Clear inserts and nests of inserts. |
| 3. Establish inserts. |
|

| 4. Squeeze piston rings and install the piston in the cylinder. |
| 5. Grease necks of conrod bearings and establish a rod on a neck. |
|
6. Establish covers of rods. |
|
7. Tighten nuts of covers of rods. |
| 8. Do similar actions with other pistons. |
| 9. Check that the bent shaft rotated freely. |
|
OIL PUMP AND OIL PALLET
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Oil a sealing ring of a bent shaft and install the oil pump, using new laying. |
| 2. Tighten bolts of the oil pump. |
|
3. Establish a maslozaborny branch pipe, using a new sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
4. Tighten fixing bolts of a flange of a maslozaborny branch pipe (are specified by shooters). |
|
5. Tighten a fixing bolt of a maslozaborny branch pipe (it is specified by an arrow). |
| 6. Apply sealant (GM 1503294) on the interfaced surfaces of a cover of the back radical bearing and the block of cylinders and the interfaced surfaces of the oil pump and the block of cylinders. |
|
7. Establish new laying of the pallet and install the pallet. Insert and tighten bolts the required moment. |
|
BACK SEALING RING OF THE BENT SHAFT AND FLYWHEEL
Bolt for blocking of a flywheel
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Grease a new sealing ring and establish it in a groove, using a plastic mandrel. |
|
2. Put on a flywheel, having combined openings under a bolt with a fillet. Apply the pressurizing structure on bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Stop a flywheel, insert and tighten bolts. |

CHOICE OF LAYING OF THE HEAD OF THE BLOCK OF CYLINDERS
Measurement of height of a vystupaniye of pistons
Thickness of laying of a head of the block of cylinders depends on height of the acting part of the piston.
Installing pistons in turn in VMT, measure their ledges by means of the indicator of hour type.
Being guided by the data provided in
subsection 4.4.1 choose laying of a head.
HEAD OF CYLINDERS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish new laying of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. The inscription OBEN/TOP has to be directed to the surfaces of laying up. |
|
3. Install a head on the block of cylinders. |
|
4. Apply sealant on the interfaced surfaces of the case of the camshaft and a head of the block of cylinders and install the case on a head. |
| 5. Insert and tighten new bolts of a head of the block of cylinders. |
|
GEAR BELT
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Establish a casing of the thermostat and the thermostat. |
|
2. Establish a new sealing ring (it is specified by an arrow) the thermostat. |
|
3. Zatyagnite bolts of fastening of a casing of the thermostat. |
|
4. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft. |
|
5. Insert and tighten the required moment a bolt of fastening of a pulley. |
| 6. Install the water pump. |
|
7. Establish an intermediate pulley of a gear belt. |
|
8. Establish an arm of the fuel pump and the pump. Establish a pump pulley. |
|
9. Establish a pulley of the camshaft and insert a new bolt. |
| 10. Adjust gas distribution and a tension of a gear belt. |
|
11. Establish a probe tube for measurement of level of oil. |
|
12. Establish a big tube of cooling liquid (it is specified by shooters). |
|
13. Establish a ventilating hose. |
| 14. Install the vacuum pump, a cover of the case of the camshaft, a cover of a gear belt, coupling and collectors. |
