HYDRAULIC PUSHERS
Details of a hydraulic pusher of valves

If hydraulic pushers of valves are worn-out, they need to be replaced.
To reduce probability of emergence of problems in the future, it is recommended to sort and clean hydraulic pushers every time when you remove a head of cylinders.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Since a pusher of the valve of the first cylinder, remove a ring from the top part of the cylinder of a pusher. |
| 2. Take the piston and a spring from the cylinder. |
|
3. The small screw-driver remove a cap in the piston basis. Get a spring (1) and a ball (2) from under a cap. |
| 4. Carefully wash out pusher elements kerosene. If springs of a pusher are worn-out or damaged, replace a pusher entirely. |
| 5. Assembly of a pusher is made in the sequence, the return dismantling. |

6. Establish a ball (1) in an opening (2). |
|
7. Establish a cap. |
|
8. Establish a spring on a cap. |
|
9. Insert the piston and a spring into the cylinder. |
|
10. Put on a ring (1) the top part of the piston and an edge of the cylinder (2). |

PUSHERS AND PERSISTENT LININGS OF VALVES
Examine pushers and linings on existence of wear and damages and replace them if necessary.
TECHNOLOGICAL CAPS
Removal of caps
