| 1. Remove the ignition distributor from the engine. |
| 2. Remove a distributor rotor, move a spring of the lever of contacts of the breaker from the plastic insulator and disconnect condenser wires. |

3. Remove consolidation of wires from the case of the distributor of ignition and disconnect wires from contacts of the breaker. |
| 4. Unscrew the screw and remove contacts of the breaker. |
|
5. Unscrew the screw (it is specified by an arrow) and remove the condenser. |
|
6. Sideways the distributor of ignition unscrew two screws (are specified by shooters) and remove the vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition. |
|
7. At the same time disconnect draft (it is specified by an arrow) the regulator from a basic plate. |
|
8. Unscrew two screws (are specified by an arrow) fixing a basic plate and remove it from the ignition distributor case. |
| 9. Further dismantling of the distributor of ignition is not recommended. |
|
10. Check ease of mutual movement of details of the centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition (And – springs, In – brackets of fastening of small weights of the centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition). |
| 11. Clear ignition distributor details pure kerosene and dry up them. |
| 12. Check a condition of contacts of the breaker. |
| 13. Check an ignition distributor cover for existence of corrosion and an obgoraniye of electrodes. |
| 14. Check smoothness of movement of coal contact and size of its vystupaniye which has to make at least 6 mm. |
| 15. In the presence of an obgoraniye of contact of a rotor of the distributor replace a distributor rotor. |
| 16. Check that details of a basic plate move freely without excessive gap. |
| 17. Otherwise replace a basic plate. |
| 18. Check that during creation of vacuum in the vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition draft of the regulator moves. |
| 19. Check a shaft side play in the ignition distributor case. |
| 20. Assembly of the distributor of ignition is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
| 21. Grease points of turn of small weights of the centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition with several drops of engine oil. |
| 22. Adjust a gap between contacts of the breaker and install the ignition distributor on the car. |
