| 1. Remove the main brake cylinder. |
| 2. Fix the main brake cylinder in a vice with soft sponges. |
| 3. In the presence unscrew valves of adjustment of pressure from the basis of the main brake cylinder. |
| 4. Using a screw-driver edge as the lever, remove a sealing ring from an end face of the main brake cylinder. |
| 5. A wooden stick press primary piston and take a lock ring from the channel of the cylinder. |
| 6. Take knot of primary piston from the channel of the cylinder, at the same time note an arrangement of washers. |
| 7. A wooden stick press the secondary piston and in this position of the piston unscrew the lock screw from the case of the main brake cylinder. |
| 8. Take knot of the secondary piston from the channel of the main brake cylinder. If necessary turn the main brake cylinder and knock with it about a board. |
| 9. Clear all details of the main brake cylinder in pure brake fluid or methyl alcohol and check their state. |
| 10. Check pistons and the channel of the cylinder for existence of scratches and pointed corrosion. |
| 11. At wear of the cylinder replace the main brake cylinder assembled. |
| 12. Grease the channel of the cylinder with a thin layer of pure brake fluid, then fix the cylinder in horizontal position in a vice with soft sponges. |
| 13. Install a new sealing ring on the lock screw and screw in the lock screw in the case of the main brake cylinder so that he did not act in the channel of the cylinder. |
| 14. Remove traffic jams from end faces of an auxiliary tube with a repair kit of details of the main cylinder. Having pressed, move all details from a short part of a tube to long. |
| 15. Insert an auxiliary tube into the canal of the main brake cylinder so that the flange of a short tube was combined with an end face of the main brake cylinder. |
| 16. Using a wooden stick, push out knot of the secondary piston to the canal of the cylinder. |
| 17. Slightly screw in the lock screw, then take a wooden stick and an auxiliary tube and screw in the lock screw against the stop. |
| 18. Fix the main brake cylinder in a vice with soft sponges in vertical position. |
| 19. Grease primary piston and sealing flutes with the special lubricant which is a part of a repair kit and install a restrictive washer on the piston. |
| 20. Arrange tubes so that the end face of a long part of a tube was combined with an internal fillet of a short part of a tube. |
| 21. Install on primary piston consolidation so that working edges of consolidation were directed to a forward part of the main brake cylinder. |
| 22. Using the auxiliary tube established in an end face of the channel of the cylinder insert a sealing ring and the piston into the cylinder. |
| 23. Install an intermediate ring on primary piston, then, using an auxiliary tube as a mandrel, establish the remained consolidation. |
| 24. Install a restrictive washer on primary piston, then, using a wooden stick, press the piston and install a new lock ring in the channel of the cylinder. |
| 25. Check reliability of fastening of a lock ring in a cylinder flute. |
| 26. Establish a new sealing ring at an end face of the main brake cylinder. |
| 27. In the presence screw in valves of adjustment of pressure in the basis of the main brake cylinder. |
| 28. Install the main brake cylinder. |
