10.1.9.1. Removal and installation of the transmission

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Remove a fastening bracket, then separate a carving tip of a cable of coupling from the squeezing lever for what previously move the lever to a partition of a motor compartment.
3. Remove a coupling cable cover from an arm on a case of the transmission and move a coupling cable aside.
4. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch of lamps of a backing.
5. Disconnect a speedometer drive cable from the transmission.
6. Weaken tightening a bolt of the coupling of draft of gear shifting and remove the coupling.
7. Unscrew three bolts fixing the top part of the transmission to the engine.
8. Weaken bolts of fastening of forward wheels, then lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
9. Remove forward wheels.
10. Hook on the engine slings of the load-lifting mechanism and raise so that the weight of the engine was perceived by the load-lifting mechanism.
11. Unscrew the bolt fixing the grounding tire to a face cover of the transmission.
12. Disconnect spherical hinges of the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket from two parties.
13. Take power shafts from the transmission.
14. Using a soft wire, tie the internal ends of power shafts to a body.
15. Close openings in the transmission suitable traffic jams.
16. Remove an entrance shaft of coupling.
17. Remove the left support of the power unit.
18. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a back support of the power unit to a submotor frame. Also unscrew a bolt of fastening of an arm of an exhaust pipe.
19. Unscrew bolts and remove a protective cover of a case of coupling.
20. Unscrew other bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine
21. Remove the transmission from the directing pins of the engine and lower it on the earth. For performance of this operation it is desirable to use a hydraulic jack.
22. Arrange the transmission in the same situation in which it was in the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the transmission and install it on the directing pins of the block of cylinders.
2. Fix the transmission by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
3. Using the corresponding tap, clear a carving for bolts of fastening of a back support of the power unit.
4. Before installation of bolts apply the means interfering their unscrewing on a carving of bolts.
5. Tighten bolts the required moment.
6. Establish the left support of the power unit and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.
7. Establish power shafts.
8. Connect spherical hinges of the lower levers of a forward suspension bracket and fix them by nuts, having tightened them the required moment.
9. Establish an entrance shaft of the transmission in coupling.
10. Screw in and tighten the required moment a carving stopper in a face cover of the transmission.
11. Fix the grounding tire on a face cover.
12. Establish forward wheels, lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels.
13. Connect a speedometer drive cable, the electric socket to the switch of lamps of a backing and a coupling cable.
14. Adjust a coupling cable.
15. Connect the coupling of draft of gear shifting.
16. Adjust draft and tighten tightening a bolt.
17. Fill in oil in the transmission.
