10.1.7. Check, removal and installation of the switch of lamps of a backing
Lamps of a backing join the switch of plunger type which is screwed in in the top part of a case of the transmission.
Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. If backing lamps do not work, first of all check the fuse of an electric chain. |
| 2. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch and, using an ohmmeter, check that contacts of the switch become isolated at inclusion of transfer of a backing. |
| 3. Otherwise the switch is faulty and it needs to be replaced. |

Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. For improvement of access to the switch remove the accumulator. |
|
|
2. Disconnect the electric socket from the switch and unscrew the switch from a case of the transmission and remove it together with consolidation. |
| 3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
| 4. At the same time it is necessary to establish new consolidation of the switch. |
