| 1. Temporarily establish a pulley of an auxiliary driving belt of a bent shaft. Check that adjusting tags on pulleys of a bent shaft and camshafts are combined with indexes. Remove a pulley of an auxiliary driving belt from a bent shaft. |
| 2. Establish a gear belt on pulleys, since a pulley of a bent shaft. |

3. Establish a pulley of a bent shaft and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. When tightening bolts of fastening of a pulley hold a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye in the same way, as well as when unscrewing bolts. |
| 4. Adjust a tension of a gear belt. For measurement of a tension of a gear belt it is necessary to use the special Opel tool No. KM-666 (see rice. The special Opel tool No. KM-666 for measurement of a tension of a gear belt). In the absence of this tool the tension of a gear belt can be adjusted manually approximately, but after that it is necessary to address as soon as possible on service station for adjustment of the correct tension of a gear belt. |
