Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.

2. Merge engine oil.

3. Remove a final collector.

4. Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of level of engine oil.

5. Remove a protective plate of a flywheel.

6. Evenly and gradually unscrew bolts of fastening and remove the oil pallet. Keep in mind that on the majority of models the maslootrazhatelny plate of the oil pallet can be moved on considerable distance from the block of cylinders together with the oil pallet, but it cannot be removed until the maslozaborny phone of the oil pump is picked up.

7. For removal of a maslozaborny tube of the oil pump unscrew a bolt, the fixing arm to the block of cylinders, and two bolts fixing the end of a maslozaborny tube to the oil pump. Remove a sealing ring of round section.

8. Remove laying of the oil pallet, then clear the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders, a maslootrazhatelny plate and the oil pallet of traces of old laying and sealant.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Apply a thin film of Opel No. 90485251 sealant on the interfaced surfaces between the oil pump and the block of cylinders and between a back cover of the radical bearing and the block of cylinders.

2. Apply a thin film of sealant on new laying of the oil pallet and install it on the block of cylinders on the directing pins.

3. Install a maslootrazhatelny plate on the block of cylinders. Install a maslozaborny tube on the oil pump with a new sealing ring of round section and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment. Before a vvinchivaniye of bolts of fastening of a maslozaborny tube apply the means interfering their unscrewing on a carving of bolts.

4. Establish and screw an arm of support of a maslozaborny tube on the block of cylinders.

5. Establish the second laying without sealant between the oil pallet and a maslootrazhatelny tube.

6. Apply the means interfering their unscrewing on a carving of bolts of fastening of the oil pallet, then install the oil pallet and fix by bolts, having tightened them the required moment.

7. If the engine is installed in the car, further installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. Fill in engine oil in the engine.
