8.2.3.2. Installation of the distributor of ignition

MODELS 1,3 AND 1,4 L WITH THE CARBURETTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Check that the bent shaft of the engine was not turned after removal of the distributor of ignition. Otherwise return a bent shaft to a starting position. 2. Turn the ignition distributor so that the contact of a rotor of the distributor was combined with an arrow or a tag on the ignition distributor case. 3. In this situation ledges on the coupling (the drawing at the left) the drive of the distributor of ignition will be established in situation at which they will be established in a groove (the drawing on the right) at a camshaft end face. 4. Check a condition of a sealing ring of round section, then install the ignition distributor into place in the camshaft case. 5. Check that the contact of a rotor is located on one line with an arrow on the case of the distributor of ignition and establish an ignition distributor clip. 6. Establish an ignition distributor cover, screw in spark plugs and connect to them high-voltage wires. 7. Connect a vacuum tube to the ignition distributor. 8. Adjust an ignition advancing corner.

MODELS OF 1,6 L WITH THE CARBURETTOR I MODELS 1,4, 1,6 AND 1,8 OF L (18E) WITH SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it in a head of the block of cylinders. If necessary use a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter. 2. Establish a rotor nave, at the same time combine openings under bolts with openings in a camshaft flange. 3. Establish a rotor and fix it by screws. 4. Establish a new sealing ring of round section in a flute of the plastic screen. For simplification of installation of the plastic screen oil a sealing ring pure engine. 5. Establish a cover of the distributor of ignition and fix by screws.

MODELS OF 2,0 L WITH 8 VALVES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it in a head of the block of cylinders. If necessary use a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter. 2. Establish a rotor nave, at the same time combine openings under bolts with openings in a camshaft flange. 3. Establish a rotor and fix it by screws. 4. Establish a new sealing ring of round section in a flute of the plastic screen. 5. For simplification of installation of the plastic screen oil a sealing ring pure engine.

MODELS OF 2,0 L WITH 16 VALVES

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. 2. If necessary replace a sealing ring. 3. The rotor of the distributor of ignition can be established only in one situation.
