MODELS WITH THE CARBURETTOR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover the air filter for what unscrew the central nut (the drawing at the left) or a bolt and release the spring clips (the drawing on the right) located on cover perimeter. 2. Uncover the air filter. 3. Take the filtering element of the air filter. 4. Being careful, clear an internal surface of a casing of the air filter. 5. Establish the new filtering element, close a cover of the air filter and fix it by a nut and spring clamps.

MODELS WITH SYSTEM OF INJECTION OF FUEL

PERFORMANCE ORDER

L models 1,4 and 1,6 1. Uncover the air filter for what unscrew the central nut or a bolt and release the spring clips located on cover perimeter. 2. Uncover and take the filtering element of the air filter. 3. Being careful, clear an internal surface of a casing of the air filter. 4. Establish the new filtering element, close a cover of the air filter and fix it by a nut and spring clamps. L models 1,8 and 2,0 with 8 valves 5. On these models the air filter is located in an air stream measuring instrument sensor casing. Release a clamp and disconnect the electric socket from the air stream measuring instrument sensor. Disconnect the main air duct. 6. Release spring brackets of fastening of a cover of the air filter. 7. Uncover the air filter with the air stream measuring instrument sensor. Do not strike the air stream measuring instrument sensor. 8. Clear the internal surface of the case of the air filter and establish the new filtering element on a cover. Establish a cover and fix it by brackets. Connect the electric socket to the sensor of the measuring instrument of a stream of air and establish the main air duct. Models of 2,0 l with 16 valves 9. Disconnect an air duct which connects the air filter to the air stream measuring instrument (the collar of fastening of an air duct is specified by an arrow). 10. Release four spring brackets and uncover the air filter. 11. Take the filtering element of the air filter and, being careful, clear the internal surface of the case of the air filter and a cover. 12. Establish the new filtering element by a sealing edge up. Establish a cover of the air filter and fix it by spring brackets.
