7.9.3.2.1. All models - a starter of reducing type

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Unscrew fixing screws and uncover a starter.
2. Remove washers from an anchor shaft (the arrow specified the With-shaped washer).
3. Unscrew two through bolts. Use two lock-nuts and a wrench for unscrewing of bolts.
4. Uncover and disconnect a wire from the traction relay.
5. Remove the fixing plug and the holder of brushes (it is specified by an arrow).

Replacement of brushes

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear and examine brushes.
2. Replace brushes if they are worn-out more admissible limit.
3. Check a condition of springs.
4. Take away springs deep into of holders, having inserted a tube of suitable diameter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in the sequence of the return to removal.
2. Fill a cap with lubricant and fix it by means of two screws.
