6.3.9.2. Removal, repair and installation of the fuel pump
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a driving belt of the pump. |
|
|
| 2. Disconnect a fuel supply hose (poses. And in the drawing at the left) and a hose of the return pipeline (poses. In in the drawing at the left, the drawing on the right) the fuel pump. |
| 3. Disconnect a wire and a cable from the pump. |
|
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a pulley. |
|
|
| 5. Remove a pulley from a pump shaft (the drawing at the left). The arrangement of a spline is specified by an arrow in the drawing on the right. |
|
6. Unscrew fixing bolts and remove the pump. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. |
|
|
2. Tighten fixing bolts of the pump in the following sequence: A-B-C. |
