|  1. For access to the release bearing it is necessary to remove coupling. | 
        
         
          |  2. Unscrew the bolt fixing a fork of switching off of coupling to an axis of the squeezing lever. | 
        
         
          |   | 
          3. If the coupling cable is not disconnected from the transmission yet, remove the spring bracket fixing a carving tip of a cable of coupling to the squeezing lever. | 
        
         
          | 4. Remove a cable tip from the squeezing lever. | 
        
         
           | 
          5. Remove the release bearing from the directing plug.  | 
        
         
          | 6. Take an axis of the squeezing lever from a coupling case, at the same time the axis also has to leave a coupling switching off fork.  | 
        
         
          | 7. In the presence take the release bearing from a plastic ring. | 
        
         
          | 8. Check the release bearing which has to rotate easily, evenly and silently. The working surface of the bearing influencing a press spring has to be smooth, without cracks, local corrosion or development.  | 
        
         
          | 9. With defects replace the release bearing. | 
        
         
          | 10. At installation of new coupling the release bearing needs also to be replaced. | 
        
         
          | 11. If necessary unscrew three bolts and remove the directing plug of the release bearing.  | 
        
         
          | 12. After removal of the directing plug of the release bearing it is possible to replace a sealing ring of an entrance shaft of the transmission.  | 
        
         
          | 13. Remove the sealing ring established between the directing plug and a case of coupling.  | 
        
         
          | 14. Using screw-drivers as the lever, take a sealing ring from the directing plug.  | 
        
         
          | 15. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments. | 
        
         
          | 16. Apply a thin film of lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide on the internal surface of plugs of an axis of the squeezing lever and the external surface of the directing plug of the release bearing. | 
        
         
          | 17. Using a tubular mandrel of the corresponding diameter, install a new sealing ring in the directing plug.  | 
        
         
          | 18. Fill space between working edges of a sealing ring lithium lubricant, then install the directing plug with a new sealing ring.  | 
        
         
          | 19. At installation of a sealing ring of the directing plug do not use lubricant. | 
        
         
          | 20. If necessary replace plastic plugs of an axis of the squeezing lever for what beat out them from a coupling case, using a drift and the hammer.  | 
        
         
          | 21. Install new plugs in a coupling case, at the same time the blocking uvulas of plugs have to enter the corresponding grooves in a coupling case. | 
        
         
          | 22. In the presence install the release bearing in a plastic ring, then install the release bearing together with a fork of switching off of coupling on the directing plug.  | 
        
         
          | 23. Insert an axis of the squeezing lever into a coupling case and tighten a bolt of fastening of a fork of switching off of coupling. | 
        
         
          | 24. Establish coupling. | 
        
         
          | 25. Check and, if necessary adjust a coupling cable. |
