Elements of a back suspension bracket with laminated springs
1 – buffer,
2 – plugs,
3 – bracket,
4 – fixing plate of a spring,
 5 – laminated spring,
6 – spring step-ladders,
7 – shock-absorber,
8 – buffer emphasis

BACK SHOCK-ABSORBER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Supporting by a jack the longitudinal lever of a back suspension bracket, unload the shock-absorber.
3. Unscrew bolts of the top and lower fastening of the shock-absorber and remove the shock-absorber.
4. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.
5. Tighten bolts of fastening of the shock-absorber the required moment.
6. Similarly replace the shock-absorber from the second party of the car and lower the car on the earth.

BACK LAMINATED SPRING

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Support by the second jack a back axis.
2. Remove an arm of a cable of the emergency brake from the laminated spring.
3. Disconnect the spring operating the valve of adjustment of pressure from the laminated spring.
4. Unscrew and take a bolt of forward fastening of the laminated spring to a body.
5. Unscrew and take a bolt of back fastening of the laminated spring to a bracket. Unscrew a nut and remove a buffer emphasis.
6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of step-ladders and remove a connecting plate and step-ladders.
7. Remove the laminated spring from the car.
8. If the laminated spring is subject to replacement, rearrange an arm of a spring of the valve of adjustment of pressure upon a new spring.
9. For replacement of plugs of the laminated spring beat out old plugs and establish new with use of a long bolt, tube of the corresponding diameter and washers. Before installation grease plugs with soap water.
10. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.
11. Shorter part of the laminated spring has to be directed to a forward part of the car.
12. The opening in a connecting plate for installation of an emphasis of the buffer has to be located from the inside of a plate.
13. Length of speakers of the ends of each step-ladder should not differ from each other more than on 3 mm.
14. Adjust the provision of an arm of a spring of the valve of adjustment of pressure.

BUFFER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Unscrew a bolt and remove the buffer.
3. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal.

BACK AXIS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken bolts of fastening of back wheels, then lift a back part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Remove back wheels.
3. Remove brake drums / disks and disconnect a cable of the emergency brake.
4. Disconnect brake hoses from an arm of a back axis and close connecting couplings of hoses suitable traffic jams.
5. Support by a jack through wooden whetstone the central part of a back axis.
6. Unscrew bolts of the lower fastening of back shock-absorbers.
7. Unscrew nuts and remove a buffer emphasis.
8. On the one hand the car unscrew nuts of fastening of step-ladders of the laminated spring and remove a connecting plate and step-ladders.
9. Repeat operations on other party of the car.
10. Lower a jack and take a back axis from under the car.
11. If the new back axis is established, rearrange on it all removable components.
12. Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal taking into account the next moments.
13. Delay all fastenings the required moment.
14. The opening in a connecting plate for installation of an emphasis of the buffer has to be located from the inside of a plate.
15. Length of speakers of the ends of each step-ladder should not differ from each other more than on 3 mm.
16. Remove air from the hydraulic brake system and adjust the emergency brake.
